Bananas sourced from the Dominican Republic and Bourbon vanilla are caramelised and then deglazed with amber rum in order to obtain both the taste and texture of the flamed bananas. Açai berries, known in South America for their antioxidant and energising properties, add flavours of red berries and chocolate.
