Apricot with Almonds and Vanilla


The organic Lady Cot and Helena varieties from Roussillon (France) are harvested when perfectly ripe, and then gently heated with a pod of Bourbon vanilla. Almond powder, along with whole roasted almonds, are added at a later stage, giving awell-rounded taste and fantastic texture.

Prepared with 74g of fruit per 100g
Total sugar content of 37%.
